WHAT EXPERTS SAY ABOUT SHOWERING
According to experts from health website WebMD, if you don't shower enough you could develop bad body odor, which could negatively impact both personal and professional relationships.
A number of health and skin issues could also arise, with a build up of oils triggering acne, dandruff or eczema.
When it comes to how many showers people should be taking, many doctors say a daily shower is fine for most. For others, two to three times a week might be good enough, but it is totally dependent on your lifestyle. For people in physically demanding jobs or for those who exercise often, more frequent showers will be required.
On the timing front, experts recommend spending three to five minutes in the shower, and aiming for 'important body parts' including the armpits, groin and face.

Responding to criticism, the TikToker says in a follow-up video that 'I don't smell and I don't need to wash my hair so why would I shower?'
Initially Allison said she showered 'once or twice a week,' but she later clarified in another TikTok it was 'typically two to three times a week.'
She continued: 'I got a lot of hate on my other video where I said I go to the gym three to four times a week - which realistically is three - and then if I shower three times a week, that adds up to me.
