"So I've been trying to make this video for about an hour now, and for someone that has spent that las 13, 14 years, however long I've been acting…I cannot seem to say what I need to say without 'um-ing' and 'ah-ing' every five minutes," the 26-year-old began.

"I have taken a break from social media for my mental health, because I find Instagram and Twitter to be overstimulating, to be overwhelming, I get caught up and I spiral when I read things about me online, and ultimately, it's very detrimental to my mental state, so I decided to take a step back and delete the app."
He continued to discuss the "awful stigma" against mental health: "I know that asking for help and seeking help isn't something that we should be ashamed of, but it is something that is much easier said than done."
Holland also took the opportunity to share details about his charity called The Brothers Trust. The charity supports a mental health app called Stem4 which he urged his followers to have a look at.

Holland's girlfriend Zendaya has also spoken candidly about her relationship with social media, saying that the platorms would "kind of make me anxious."
"Or I would start to overthink a little too much," she told PEOPLE on October 2021. "[My fans] want me to... be happy and exist beyond social media."
She added some wisdom for her fans who might also be struggling: "Take the time that you need, and don't compare yourself to anyone else."
