John Goodman is continuing to show off his major body transformation.

The Roseanne alum, 69, appeared at the premiere of Tubi's The Freak Brothers at Fred Segal on Monday alongside co-stars Pete Davidson and Blake Anderson. The actor has lost 200lb (90kg).

Goodman began his transformation in 2007. When he weighed around 400lbs (181kg), he decided to give his lifestyle a complete overhaul after yo-yo dieting several times.

"In the old days, I would take three months out, lose 60 or 70lbs (27kg-31kg), and then reward myself with a six-pack or whatever and just go back to my old habits," he told ABC in 2017.

"I know it sounds sappy, but it was a waste," Goodman told People in 2010. "It takes a lot of creative energy to sit on your ass and figure out what you're going to eat next … I wanted to live life better."

The Trumbo star, who has been sober since 2007, told Men's Health in 2010 that his weight woes began as a child and increased when he struggled with alcohol as an adult.

"I decided to stop stuffing food into my mouth every five minutes," he told Howard Stern in 2017. "Turns out I was just eating all the time. Anytime I had my hands open or free, I shoved something in my mouth."
