Australian music's night of nights looks different this year with the ceremony taking on an innovative format.

That's right, the ARIA Awards 2021 will be a digital show with viewers able to stream the ceremony live on YouTube and 9Now from wherever they are in the world.

However, while the show may be different, the talent is still as extraordinary as ever with the likes of Amy Shark and hip-hop newcomer Genesis Owusu leading the way with six nominations each. Hot on their heels is rising star Budjerah who raked in five nominations alongside industry heavyweights Midnight Oil, Tones and I and Vance Joy.
