Brussels (Reuters) - the European Union should conclude a new package of sanctions against Russia, or at least certain measures of the package, before The EU summit next week said a European official in Reuters.
The summit should relate to referendums in Ukraine, any annexations of regions by Moscow, the nuclear threats of Russia and the disturbance on the Nordstream pipelines, he said.
