Berlin (Reuters) - German intelligence services have intercepted Radio communications from Russian military exchanges exchanging the death of civilians in the Ukrainian city of Boutcha, reported Thursday Der Spiegel.

Prince Harry Thanks Charity Championed by Diana for Ukraine Support
The Duke of Sussex thanked members of the anti landmine charity The HALO Trust for their humanitarian work in Ukraine during the ongoing war.The trust has been supported by Harry for many years, and in 2019 he visited Angola to see the continuing operation to clear landmines, more than 20 years after Diana's historic visit.
According to Spiegel, intercepted communications are possibly referring to some of the bodies of civilians found in the streets of Bantha, in the northwestern suburbs of Kyiv, after the withdrawal of the Russian forces last week.
In one of them, a Russian soldier said he shot down a Ukrainian circulating cycling. The body of a man has been found next to his bicycle.
According to Spiegel, the BND has other recordings that suggest that similar events occurred in other Ukrainian cities.
Deliberately targeting civilians during a conflict is constituting a war crime - an accusation already brandished by the Kyiv authorities and rejected by Moscow who says that the deaths of Bindcha are a staging to discredit the Russian army .
A spokesman for the German government did not wish to comment on Spiegel's article.
