Vadher, 24, noticed Unglert was wearing a band on his ring finger and wanted to know if he and Miller-Keyes, 26, had secretly tied the knot.
“I said, ‘As far as the government’s concerned, no — but as far as our hearts are concerned, yes,'” he told listeners. “Then Caelynn leans over and she goes, ‘We’ll be engaged by 2022, trust me’ or ‘in 2022’ or something like that.”
While Miller-Keyes seemed to already be making wedding arrangements, Unglert joked that he has no plans to get down on one knee anytime soon.
“I don’t know if she’s speaking for me or if she’s saying that she’s going to propose to me,” the Colorado native explained. “I’ve made it pretty clear to her. I was like, ‘If you really want to get married, you should be the one proposing to me,’ so I think she’s got something in the works for that.”

“It’s funny, I don’t think a single person thought we were going to last and even we were like, ‘No, I don’t know what’s going to happen here.’ So, we definitely defied the odds,” Miller-Keyes exclusively told Us Weekly in June.

A rocky road. Season 13 of Married at First Sight may be over but the drama is far from it. During the Wednesday, November 17, reunion special, some of the couples — who are now exes — shared surprising life updates.
One pair who agreed to split at the reunion was Ryan and Brett — but it wasn’t exactly as cordial as some thought. Ryan’s sister, Alexa, opened up about her relationship with Brett during the reunion special, and claimed that she later found out Brett was “seeing someone” and lying to her about it.

“I’m not seeing anybody. I did meet somebody, but I didn’t pursue anything with them until everything was said and done, and that’s also a situation that’s done,” Brett explained, noting that she exchanged numbers with someone she met before Decision Day and stayed and touch “here and there” but it was not a distraction from her marriage.
Ryan replied that he’s “seen conversations” and claims there was “more than just exchanging numbers” beginning on the night they met. Still, they remain friends.
That’s not the case for all, however.
One of the fan favorite couples of the season were Myrla and Gil, who had quite an up and down journey but still chose to stay married on the finale and then moved in together.
“Unfortunately, since Decision Day, we have not been together,” he revealed at the reunion. “14 days after Decision Day, Myrla decided she didn’t want to be with me anymore.”
As for what went wrong, “it was a variety of things,” she explained. “I think for me, it was just acknowledging that we are just so different. The things that I had said were just non-negotiables for me were really important to me. For me, financial stability is really important.”

The pair moved in together but split shortly after. “The initial attraction and chemistry was not there for me from the beginning. I realize, like, I was not happy,” Myral explained at the reunion. “I think there was an attraction that eventually happened. … When you don’t have that chemistry, that fire, you can’t force someone to have that.”
She added, “He’s an amazing person, he’s handsome, everything. But we are just not for each other.”
For Gil, his biggest issue with the situation is that she felt like this all along. “I was blindsided because everything about our relationship was about communication,” he said, noting that she never shared her real feelings with him.

In turn, she stormed the stage — and the rest will be shown on part 2.

“She calls me Maka, but that’s, like, something that I made up and then she ran with it,” Unglert told his podcast listeners in August. “I just hate saying the L-word word, so I was like, ‘Let’s make up a different word, so we don’t have to say that to each other all the time.’”
He later clarified his comments, telling Us in September, “I do say ‘I love you’ to Caelynn, [but] I am in the camp of I’d rather show Caelynn that I love her rather than say that I love her.”
While the two once discussed getting married in Italy, the recruiter has made it clear he’s on no one else’s timetable when it comes to walking down the aisle.
Last month, the host revealed during an episode of his podcast that producers urged him to propose to Miller-Keyes when they traveled to Mexico for the season 7 finale of BiP.
“When we were down there, the producers — they, like, pulled me aside — and they’re like, ‘Hey, Dean, you should totally propose to Caelynn on the last day of the show.’ … I was like, ‘Are you serious? You’re telling me this literally the day before we were supposed to go down and film this episode,’” Unglert recalled. “The producers are not bashful when it comes to trying to encourage people to propose.”
