Lawsuit alleges Oilers owner Daryl Katz paid underage ballerina for sex
Edmonton Oilers owner Daryl Katz is denying allegations made against him in a civil lawsuit claiming he paid an underage ballerina tens of thousands of dollars for sex when he was 53 years old. Katie Strang of The Athletic reported on Thursday that Katz was named as a third-party defendant in a civil lawsuit claiming the Oilers owner paid in excess of $75,000 to a teenage ballerina in exchange for sexual services. The civil suit, which was filed earlier in July in Nevada on behalf of several of ballerinas, according to Strang, alleges the young dancers were sexually abused by dance teacher Mitchell Taylor Button and his wife, Dusty Button.

at the end of their visit to Turkey, Federal Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock (Greens) meets on Saturday with representatives of opposition and civil society. In Ankara, the minister meets the opposition parties HDP, CHP and IYI in the morning. She also visits a advisory center of the Foundation for Women's Solidarity as well as an aid project for refugees from Syria and Iraq.

The first program item on Saturday is a wreath laying on the mausoleum of the founder of the Turkish Republic, Ataturk (8:30 a.m. CEST). Encounters with representatives of the Turkish government are not intended in Ankara. On Friday afternoon, Baerbock met Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavusoglu in Istanbul. At a joint press conference, there was an open exchange of blows in several issues.
