Bayern, News: Ex-FCB-Star Arjen Robben ended his career
The longtime Bayern star Arjen Robben (37) has announced his retirement for the second time from professional football.
Via Twitter said the Dutch former international that he will not continue his career after the one-year commitment to his boyhood club FC Groningen.
Robben spent much of his career at Bayern Munich. He stood there since joining Real Madrid from 2009 to 2019 under contract. With the Reds, he won among other eight German championships and the Champions League.
After his career end of 2019, he returned in the previous year and finished the season 2020/21 at his hometown club FC Groningen. However, he was plagued it repeatedly by injuries.
