Bills @ Jaguars. The Bills just can't seem to get away from suboptimal conditions, even on the road. Winds around 15-20 mph likely won't affect Josh Allen and company too much, so start everyone as usual. The Jags don't have (m)any must-starts this week, but the weather isn't a big enough reason to shy away from anyone you were planning to use.

Texans @ Dolphins. This game will likely see similar weather as the game in Jacksonville, though there's a slight chance of rain to go along with the wind. Neither of these offenses would be considered high-powered, but barring changes to the forecast, the weather shouldn't slow them down too much.
