Meena puts on an unforgettable performance at her trial in Emmerdale .

The jury are taken in by it but people who know her realise that it’s just an act. It doesn’t stop Liam (Jonny McPherson) getting upset by it, though – especially when Meena’s counsel accuses Liam of having an affair with her. He reacts in exactly the way Meena hopes he will – by lashing out. His outburst risks losing the sympathy of the jury.
