There’s a crisis for Amy Mitchell (Ellie Dadd) in upcoming EastEnders episodes, and she’s rushed to hospital.

Amy has been struggling with her mental health for some time after feeling isolated from her family and friends and being the subject of malicious gossip, and has resorted to self-harming.

In coming episodes, Amy is upset when Nugget (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) mistakenly tells her that Jack (Scott Maslen) has been fired from his job. Amy feels that she’s to blame, as she’s the one who reported Jack for his attack on Denzel (Jaden Ladega).

At home she self-harms again, and Jack and Denise (Diane Parish) are horrified when they get a call to say she’s missed her therapy session and they rush outside only to see Amy being put into an ambulance.
