Andy Murray has revealed the one thing about Emma Raducanu that makes him jealous. The former world No 1 is currently playing the ATP 500 event in Vienna as he continues his comeback, while the 18-year-old is playing just her second tournament since winning the US Open.

Murray was long hailed as the only huge name in British tennis, until Raducanu achieved the seemingly impossible and became an overnight household name.

The Bromley local became the first qualifier in history to win a Grand Slam title when she came through three qualifying rounds and seven main-draw matches without dropping a set, en route to victory at the US Open.

The victory made Raducanu a household name, as she went from 400,000 Instagram followers ahead of the tournament to more than 2 million in the days following the US Open.

The world No 23 also scored exclusive invitations to the prestigious Met Gala, and to the recent No Time To Die premiere in London, and signed deals to become the face of luxury brands including Dior and Tiffany & Co.

"I would love to speak Spanish because I think if you speak Spanish and English it is brilliant," the two-time Vienna champion answered.

"However, I feel like that is very achievable, but one that isn't is Mandarin."

Opening up on how the 18-year-old Grand Slam champion made him feel jealous, Murray added: "I saw Emma Raducanu speaking Mandarin after she won the US Open and I was very jealous of that.

Murray also revealed some more interesting things during the video, as he admitted his favourite secret guilty pleasure songs were from childrens' movies, like Frozen, which were "very good".

He also said his children "bossed him around" when he returned home from tournaments.

"The first thing I do nowadays is, I basically dump my bags at the front door, I almost don't even take them in, and then I end up spending like the next two hours sort of being bossed around by my children to play different games et cetera and show me all the things they've been doing when I've been away," he admitted.
