Brad Takairangi could make his first Hull KR appearance since being spared jail for serious driving offences after being named in the 21-man squad to face Toulouse Olympique. Rovers said after the case had closed that Takairangi would be considered for selection again and now could make feature for the first time in over a month. He had initially remained in contention before Rovers stood him down in March.

He is one of two changes, with Lachlan Coote a notable absentee after his man of the match display in the derby victory over Hull FC. The fullback scored two tries but has been left out alongside Frankie Halton, who sustained an ankle injury. Phoenix Laulu-Togagae comes into the squad though Will Dagger is likely to occupy the fullback role for the trip to Super League's basement club.

Toulouse have won just one game so far this season but toppled defending Super League champions St Helens at the Ernest-Wallon Stadium. They are without several key players including Joe Brehterton (hamstring), Joseph Paulo (hamstring), Dominique Peyroux (jaw), Lloyd White (calf).
