A dramatic video taken from a station platform in North West shows a fireball on the track after a fire broke out. The Bakerloo line caught alight at North Wembley station at around lunchtime yesterday (Sunday, November 27).
Transport for London put the fire down to a fault with the track and there continues to be be minor delays between Queen's Park and Harrow & Wealdstone. The video shows the fire dramatically sparking and causing significant smoke on the empty North Wembley station, taken by a male witness who posted the video to TikTok.
Londoners were quick to comment "how is he calmly standing there" while the track was set alight. "I would have started sprinting," one person said.
Commuters joined in with the Abba party on the Piccadilly lineThat's exactly what a group of women started while on the Piccadilly line. In a video posted to TikTok, a group of women in amazing outfits began blasting Abba's Dancing Queen from a speaker, while singing along. One of the women had an inflatable microphone, which she used to encourage other passengers to join in.

"Bro is stood there like it doesn't look like something will explode," another added.
Images later revealed the damage caused to the track which included two gaping holes which Network Rail are working to fully repair. It is unclear exactly what caused the fire, but that are reports that it was an 'electrical fault' on the track, There are no reports of any injuries.
