There is hardly anything better - and no special ingredients need to conjure this ingenious court.

And that's how it works: Peel the garlic and cut into fine cubes. Peel onion and finely chop. Heat butter in a large pan and sauté the onion cubes in it.

then dust with some flour and further roast. Add garlic. Pour with the milk and the beef broth, then add the sour cream. Salt and pepper with
soup and simmer for 20 minutes until it is thickened. In the meantime, toast the white bread slices and preheat the baked back (250 degrees, top heat). Fill the soup in refractory shells, place on top of a slice of white bread and sprinkle with the cheese. Baked in the oven until the cheese is crispy-brown. Remove and serve - beware, hot!
