ingredients: 1 kg cauliflower 500 g broccoli 50 g flour 3 garlic cloves 75 g grated cheese 40 g butter 25 g almond leaves 2 slices old bread thyme, salt and pepper olive oil Preparation:
1. Peel garlic and cut into a garlic press . Put the butter in a saucepan and briefly sauté the garlic in it. Stir in the flour and then add the milk and stir.
2. Cut broccoli into flours and add to the milk flour mixture. In it, cook for about 15-20 minutes until it is slightly decayed. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The broccoli with a potato masher or similar crush and add about half of the grated cheese. Stir well and season to taste.
3. Put the cauliflower in a large baking dish and pour the sauce about it. Mix everything well and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
