"My ice cream is supposed to help people celebrate our diversity and help them to recognize that we all resemble ourselves more than we differ," he says and alludes to problems such as racism and social injustice.

After Guzha moved to the South African Cape Town in 2018, he initially began to experiment with ice cream for himself and his circle of friends. It was a mix of love for delicious food and scientific joy, he says.
