The evaluation captures corona infections, which have been detected by a PCR or antigen test. Numbers on long-covid diseases were also taken into account.
This proportion initially sounds small, said TK state chief Jörn Simon. "From nationwide evaluations, however, we know that long-covid those affected by comparatively long once are on sick leave, an average of over a hundred days."

In view of the high Corona infection figures, sick leave due to cold complaints is now possible again by telephone and without a visit. This was decided by the Federal Joint Committee of Doctors, Health Insurance and Clinics on Thursday, as a spokeswoman announced. The regulation therefore applies for the time being to be limited until the end of November.
