actually need much to stay healthy and reduce the risk of serious illnesses. Because experts are certain that a healthy diet and 10,000 steps a day are sufficient. But most of us drive to work by car or public transport, sit there for eight hours at the desk and then go home again. So where exactly should you install so many steps? This is where the solution comes:

You can be delivered to food or drugstore products? Sure, that saves a lot of time and nerves, but also steps. Running through the corridors of supermarkets and shops is definitely better than lying on the sofa and clicking in the shopping cart on the sofa. From the cheese counter to frozen food and back to the vegetable department - that will drive up your step.

2. Drinking water

Glasses you get up every 30 minutes and run a round. The best movement activator is water. And this is how the water method works: don't put yourself on the desk, but a glass of water.
