Along with the finale of The Ultimate Fighter, UFC Vegas 59 on Aug. 6 will feature Thiago Santos vs. Jamahal Hill. The fight card will take place inside the UFC’s APEX Center in Las Vegas.
Making his pro debut in 2010, Santos joined the UFC in 2013. He is 14-9 with the promotion. Facing Jon Jones in 2019 for the UFC light heavyweight title, Santos lost a close fight, even after tearing his left ACL, PCL, MCL and meniscus.
Since returning to action, Santos is 1-3 in his past four. He lost to Magomed Ankalaev in his last fight in March.
Hill turned pro in 2017. A Dana White's Contender Series alum, Hill started with the UFC in 2019. He is on a two-fight win streak. Hill's last fight was a knockout win against Johnny Walker in February, his second win in a row via knockout.

UFC Vegas 59 takes place on Aug. 6. The prelims start at 7 p.m. ET, followed by the main card at 10 p.m. ET. Santos vs. Hill should enter the octagon around midnight ET, depending on how long the undercard fights last.
