Veteran NFL Player Released In Surprising Move On Tuesday
The Indianapolis Colts have released sixth-year defensive end Ifeadi Odenigbo. This move comes as somewhat of a surprise as Odenigbo was in the midst of one of his better NFL seasons. Though 12 games, he'd logged 3.5 sacks and six quarterback hits. It's currently unclear why the Colts released one of their most productive defensive linemen. Some fans and analysts are speculating that Odenigbo may have wanted out of the struggling Colts organization.Regardless of the reasoning behind Odenigbo's release, he will now hit waivers. If he doesn't get picked up, he'll be free to join any team he wants as an unrestricted free agent.

Why the Colts are starting QB Nick Foles over Matt Ryan
The Indianapolis Colts made another quarterback change this week as Nick Foles will start the Week 16 prime-time game against the Los Angeles Chargers, replacing Matt Ryan. This is the second time Ryan has been benched this season. It first happened in Week 8 when former head coach Frank Reich named Sam Ehlinger the start for two games before he was fired. Now, interim head coach Jeff Saturday told the media Wednesday that Foles is expected to be the starter for the final three games of the season, replacing Ryan, who took back the job after Reich was fired.
“Yeah, definitely get to the side here,” an unidentified voice said on the video as they began to watch the car making its way closer to them.
“That’s so ballsy,” they added.
“You can see it shaking,” said another bystander.
“Do you think he knows it’s thawed down there?” asked another.
The Indianapolis Fire Department was called in to help at the scene and uploaded photos of the car to their Twitter account.
According to the WTHR 13, the woman told firefighters that she was simply following her GPS when it instructed her to follow the route into the canal.
Despite her explanation, Gleason was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
