Zurich (Reuters) - The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) sentenced the attack on a prison located in Olenivka, who killed dozens of Ukrainian war on Friday, and said Not having received permission for the moment to go to the site, in eastern Ukraine.

Ukraine and Russia have rejected themselves the responsibility for the missile shooting or the explosion which seems to have killed dozens of Ukrainian prisoners in the city of Olenivka, located on the front line early Friday.
The Russian Defense Ministry published on Saturday a list of 50 Ukrainian prisoners of war killed and 73 injured in what he described as a Ukrainian military strike with a system of high mobility artillery (Himars) of American manufacturing .
The Ukrainian armed forces have denied all responsibility, saying that Russian artillery had attacked the prison to hide the ill -treatment inflicted there.
